To provide our content management and analytics services, we request access to data from your Instagram Business or Creator accounts. This includes:

We equip creators with robust, free utilities—specifically Content Scheduling and the Auto-DM engine—to streamline their workflows.

  • Content & Media Publishing: We access your media library to facilitate seamless post scheduling and automated publishing.
  • Real-Time Webhooks: We actively listen for comments on your Reels and posts specifically to trigger your pre-configured automated workflows.
  • Messaging API: We utilize Meta's Direct Message API to instantly dispatch your automated outbound DMs, enforcing strict adherence to Meta's 24-hour standard messaging policy.

3. Campaign Analytics & Financial Payouts

SocialWoop operates a performance-marketing engine where creators receive direct financial payouts based strictly on the authentic ROI they generate for brands.

  • Granular Media Insights: We actively measure real-time views, reach, and saves on your sponsored content to mathematically calculate your exact financial payout.
  • Authenticity Verification: We retrieve detailed engagement data to verify the legitimacy of interactions, ensuring completely fair, metric-driven reward distributions.

3. Data Usage Policies

We use your data strictly to automate your workflows and calculate campaign analytics within SocialWoop. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or business data to any third parties whatsoever. All account automation is rigidly rules-based, governed entirely by the exact parameters and triggers configured by the creator.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain Meta API data only as long as your account remains active. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by the user at any time.
