How to Delete Your Data from SocialWoop
At SocialWoop (a Laxvion Solutions LLP product), we provide full transparency regarding your data. You can remove your data using the following methods:
Method 1: Internal Dashboard (Instant)
- Log in to your SocialWoop account.
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Click the Disconnect Instagram button to permanently delete your Instagram data, analytics, cached media, and auto-DM configurations.
To delete your entire SocialWoop profile, go to Account Settings > Delete Account. This will immediately purge all cached Meta data and access tokens from our servers.
Method 2: Meta App Settings
You can revoke SocialWoop's access directly through your Instagram/Facebook settings:
- Go to your Facebook/Instagram Settings & Privacy.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find SocialWoop (listed under Laxvion Solutions LLP) and click Remove.
Method 3: Manual Request
If you cannot access the dashboard, please email rajat.ceo@laxvionsolutions.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.
